English Garden

The situation: A 1/3 acre property for which the client envisioned a mature English garden look.
The solution: Custom fencing, gates, and large hedge material establish boundaries and structure for this small property. An arbor planted with long-blooming wisteria links the house to the free-standing garage and creates an elegant entry to the back garden. Large flowering trees and conifers give an immediate sense of maturity and drifts of flowering shrubs and perennials provide a long season of color. Strategically placed urns and planters—changed seasonally—continue the theme of exuberant plantings for this lovely garden.
